Introduction

Welcome to the first edition of the Social Librarian....an e-zine dedicated to sharing the philosophy of social marketing with librarians everywhere.
We intend to publish every two weeks with articles, letters, case studies (or "stories") about social marketing in a way that will help you all be more effective librarians.
We hope this e-zine will be a two way street. Let us know what you think of what we are presenting and we’ll respond. Send your comments to bschroer@socialmarketing.org. And Enjoy!

So, why is there so much drive to keep besting customer service standards? Click here for more...
